ABOUT THE ROLE

Monday Blues is looking for a creative and driven Social Media

Intern to join our growing team. This is a fully remote internship

— perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and wants

hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

› Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across platforms

like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X

› Assist in planning and executing social media calendars

› Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

› Engage with the community — respond to comments and DMs

› Track post performance and share weekly insights

› Brainstorm fresh campaign ideas aligned with brand voice

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

› Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

› Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Express

› Good written communication skills in English and/or Hindi

› Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home

› Students or freshers welcome — no prior work experience required

› Passion for content creation, marketing, or digital media
