Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Tandoor Cook to join our kitchen team.

  • ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook tandoor items such as rotis, naan, kebabs, tikka, and other grilled dishes.
  • Assist in marination, preparation, and daily kitchen setup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the tandoor section.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
  • Follow kitchen standards for taste, quality, and portioning.
  • Help with storage and handling of ingredients.
  • RequirementsBasic knowledge of tandoor cooking and handling a tandoor.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain kitchen discipline.
  • Prior kitchen or tandoor experience preferred but not mandatory.
