Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, explaining our services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company services and answer customer queries.
• Generate quality leads and schedule client appointments.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Update CRM/Excel reports on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with the sales and legal/tax team for client requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Services to PromoteIncome Tax Return (ITR) Filing
• GST Registration & GST Return Filing
• Income Tax & GST Notices
• Company, LLP & Partnership Registration
• MSME, FSSAI & Shop Act Registration
• DSC & Digital Signature Services
• ROC Annual Compliance

• Business Registration & Consultancy
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Positive attitude with good convincing skills.
• Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good listening and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Salary₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
