Telecaller

🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller who will connect with our customers after they place an order, confirm details, and ensure smooth delivery. Your role is crucial in reducing RTO (Return to Origin) and improving customer experience.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities📦 Call customers to confirm placed orders
• 🏠 Verify delivery address and correct any errors
• 📲 Reconfirm phone number and availability for delivery
• ❌ Identify and cancel fake or doubtful orders
• 💬 Answer basic customer queries related to orders
• 🔁 Follow up on pending/unconfirmed orders
• 📊 Update order status in system (confirmed / cancelled / reattempt)

💡 Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Confident and polite speaking tone
• Ability to handle 100–150 calls/day
• Basic understanding of customer handling
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
