Telecaller (Female Preferred) – TV24 Network
Location: Lucknow (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the RoleTV24 Network is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain TV24 Network's advertising and media services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain call records and customer data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
