Job Description

We are hiring a motivated Telecalling Executive / Sales Executive for our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales.


Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain our services

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Generate leads and maintain customer database

• Follow up with interested customers

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

• Maintain call records and update reports

• Build good customer relationships


Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

• 12th Pass or above

• Fresher and experienced both can apply

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and convincing skills

• Ability to work in team
