Job Description

  • Job Title: Customer Sales ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Inform customers about the company’s products, services, and ongoing offers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs and requirements, clarifying information whenever necessary.
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers toward suitable products/services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers over the phone.
  • Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle calls for extended periods.
  • Strong persuasion and sales skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
