What You Will Do
Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients on our behalf
Follow up with interested people and maintain regular contact
Explain our services clearly and answer basic questions
Update call records and daily call reports
Meet daily calling targets set by the manager
Handle rejection politely and stay consistent with calls
