JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented AROs to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customer, explaining Loan product and assisting customer through the loan application process. The role requires excellent communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-centric approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan product (personal loan, home loan, overdraft, business loan etc.)

·      Explain loan features eligibility criteria, interest rate and required documentation.

·      Handle inbound quarries and provide appropriate solutions.

·      Maintain and update customer records in the system.

·      Follow-up with customers on documentation and loan application status.

·      Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

·      Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

·      Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

·      Good listening ability and patience with customers.

·      Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

·      Proficiency in MS Office.

·      Target-oriented and self-motivated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Graduates/Pursuing Graduation (BBA/B.COM preferred, open to all disciplines)

·      Prior experience in telesales, sales will be an added advantage.

·      Fresher candidate with good communication skills are also welcome.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

·      Salary – 12,000/- to 17,000/- + Attractive Incentives

·      We do the PF & ESIC deduction also.
