Job Description
- Job Title: Customer Sales ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Inform customers about the company’s products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customers’ needs and requirements, clarifying information whenever necessary.
- Provide accurate information and guide customers toward suitable products/services.
- Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers over the phone.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle calls for extended periods.
- Strong persuasion and sales skills.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
