Key Responsibilities:


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Update and maintain customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Keep track of every lead—from the first call to final closure.
  • Respond to customer messages, calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails without delays.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to share lead updates, requirements, and next steps.
  • Generate simple follow-up reports and maintain a clean database.
  • Help resolve customer concerns by connecting them with the right team and ensuring proper feedback.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with good communication skills and a friendly, confident tone.
  • A person who enjoys interacting with people and can stay patient during customer conversations.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools.
  • Any graduate with experience in customer handling, sales support, or real estate.
  • Good follow-up discipline and the ability to manage multiple customers at once.
