Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident telesales executive to join our growing team at Mr Geeks. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer communication. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our services, and generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Explain company services and offers to customers
- Follow up with existing and new leads
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or service-based sales will be an advantage
- Fluent communication skills
- Immediate joining preferred
- Female candidates preferred
