Job Description

  • Drive sales and collections for the EV (3W) finance business in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly loan disbursal, sales, and collection targets for the branch.
  • Onboard, manage, and support dealers to grow business.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor Branch Managers (BMs) and Field Officers (FOS) to achieve their targets.
  • Track collection performance and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Ensure smooth loan processing by coordinating with the Credit and Operations teams.
  • Follow company policies and maintain good portfolio quality.
  • Review team performance regularly and provide coaching to improve results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help expand the branch business.
