Web Developer And Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and versatile Website Designer & E-commerce Specialist who can design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites and full-fledged e-commerce portals. The ideal candidate will also manage social media platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This is a hands-on role perfect for a creative professional who enjoys end-to-end digital presence management.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Development

• Design and develop responsive, modern, and high-converting websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
• Ensure excellent UI/UX design with focus on user experience, navigation, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.

E-commerce Portal Development & Management

• Build and customize complete e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom solutions).
• Manage product catalog, categories, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
• Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.), shipping modules, and third-party plugins.
• Implement security best practices, SSL, GDPR compliance, and cart abandonment solutions.
• Set up analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) and conversion tracking.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company profiles across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging visual content (graphics, carousels, Reels, Stories, videos) aligned with brand identity.
• Develop and execute social media content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
• Handle community engagement, comments, DMs, and customer queries.
• Run paid social media ads and analyze performance using platform insights and tools.

Additional Duties

• Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to align website, e-commerce, and social strategies.
• Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and social media metrics; prepare regular reports.
• Perform regular website maintenance, updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, e-commerce technologies, and social media algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD for design.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of SEO, page speed optimization, and basic web security.
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro).

Social Media & Marketing Skills

• Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth.
• Understanding of content marketing, hashtags, trends, and paid advertising.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing and Google Ads is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in website design, e-commerce development, and social media handling.
• Portfolio showcasing previous website/e-commerce projects and social media growth results is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, IT, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
