Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, supervise junior accounting staff, ensure the accuracy of all billing transactions, and manage key human resources (HR) functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ManagementMaintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Review and reconcile accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Supervision of Junior AccountantsSupervise, guide, and mentor junior accountants.
- Review the work of junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Provide training and support to improve accounting processes and staff development.
- Billing Audit & VerificationAudit all billing and invoicing before processing or payment.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, supporting documents, and customer billings.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure billing procedures comply with company policies and financial controls.
- Human Resources ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll information with management and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Support employee performance evaluations and maintain HR files.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in billing audits and HR administration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
