Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer to join our telecasting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs for news, entertainment, promotional campaigns, live events, and corporate communications. The photographer will work closely with producers, reporters, editors, and the creative team to deliver compelling visual content that meets broadcast standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photographs for television programs, news coverage, events, interviews, and promotional activities.
• Plan and execute photo shoots in studio and outdoor locations.
• Edit and enhance images using professional photo editing software.
• Coordinate with producers, directors, reporters, and the marketing team to meet project requirements.
• Maintain photography equipment and ensure it is in excellent working condition.
• Organize and archive digital images for easy retrieval.
• Ensure all photography adheres to company branding and broadcast quality standards.
• Travel to assigned locations for event coverage and special assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest photography techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in television, media, or broadcasting.
• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, and storytelling through images.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Preferred SkillsExperience covering live events and news assignments.
• Basic knowledge of videography is an added advantage.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
