Job Description

Accountant

We are hiring an Accountant with experience in Tally, billing, bookkeeping, stock management, and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts and bookkeeping records in Tally
  • Generate invoices and manage billing processes
  • Handle stock/inventory management and reconciliation
  • Coordinate dispatch and delivery documentation
  • Manage purchase and sales entries
  • Prepare GST-related records and reports
  • Ensure accurate financial and inventory records

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Experience in billing, stock management, bookkeeping, and dispatch
  • Basic GST knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
