Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the Senior Account Manager and Accounts Team in daily accounting activities, documentation, reporting, and financial record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Account Manager and Accounts Team in daily accounting operations.
- Maintain accounting entries, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
- Assist in billing, invoices, payment records, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of accounting information.
- Required SkillsGood working knowledge and experience in MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with the accounts team.
- Qualification & ExperienceB.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) preferred.
- Experience in MS Excel and accounting work preferred.
- Freshers with good Excel knowledge may apply.
