Associate Quality

Department: Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

 Knowledge of measuring instruments, gauges & their use as per inspection requirement

 Perform incoming, in-process & final inspections of fabricated / painted components

 Analyze defects and implement corrective / preventive actions

 Knowledge of welding defects & process validation to minimize the defects

 Work with production team to improve fabricated & painted parts quality & efficiency

 Coordination with vendors for raw material / BOPs & ensure inspection reports / RMTC as per requirement

 Understanding of surface treatment & coating test requirement like DFT / Gloss / Cross cut adhesion test etc.

 Knowledge of liquid paint / powder coating defects & further root cause analysis

 Monitoring & control of phosphate / paint process parameters to ensure defect free parts

 Improve first pass quality rate

 Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5s , Kaizen , Poka Yoke  Desired Profile: Experience of 2-4 years in welding / fabrication & coating like powder coating / liquid painting industries :Salary-3.05LPA :Job Timing :- 9 to 6 / Sunday off  Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical engineering or similar.
