Job Overview

We are currently seeking Customer Support Executives to join our team in Ludhiana. This is a full-time opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their career in an IT company.


As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely, professional, and effective support across multiple channels while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

On-site Job Training will be provided to you.


Key Responsibilities

⦁ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and phone

⦁ Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to customers

⦁ Maintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude in all interactions

⦁ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution

⦁ Maintain proper records of customer interactions and support requests

⦁ Meet or exceed defined customer service quality standards and targetsQualifications

⦁ Basic computer knowledge (email handling, chat tools, standard software usage)

⦁ Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

⦁ Fast and accurate typing skills

⦁ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple queries

⦁ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

⦁ Prior experience in customer service (an added advantage, not mandatory)

⦁ Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems

⦁ Strong listening skills and a problem-solving mindset

⦁ Strong customer empathy and an active listening approach

⦁ Familiarity with live chat support tools and multi-channel communication

⦁ Ability to document issues clearly and escalate using structured reporting formatsGood-to-Have

⦁ Basic understanding of customer support processes and service etiquette

⦁ Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously

⦁ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

⦁ Interest in learning about IT services and digital products.
