Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated candidates to help clients achieve financial security through insurance solutions. You'll assess clients' needs, recommend policies, and provide excellent customer service. (TRAINING & SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED BY DISTRIBUTION LEADERS HAVING 22 YRS OF EXPERIENCE)
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets for insurance policies
- Identify potential clients and build relationships
- Assess client needs and recommend insurance products
- Handle policy applications, claims, and renewals
- Stay updated on industry trends and products
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred:
- Experience with life, health, and general insurance products
- Strong network in Punjab
