IELTS & PTE Trainer (Classroom / Offline Only)

Location: Upshot Educationals, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana

Role Overview:

Upshot Educationals is seeking a dedicated and well-qualified IELTS & PTE Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom training. The ideal candidate should have strong command of English, a clear understanding of exam patterns, and the ability to guide students effectively through structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS and PTE classes in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
• Deliver training strictly in an offline, classroom-based setting.
• Prepare lesson plans and maintain a systematic teaching approach.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
• Conduct mock tests, evaluate results, and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a productive learning environment.
• Coordinate with management regarding batch schedules and student performance.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement when required.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in IELTS/PTE training preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage diverse groups of students with professionalism.
• Familiarity with exam formats, scoring patterns, and preparation strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
