Video Editor

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor who lives and breathes social media. If you know exactly how to hook an audience in the first 2 seconds, keep them watching, and edit high-quality, viral-ready Reels, Shorts, and Tik-Toks, we want you on our team.

You should be a master of pacing, visual storytelling, and trend-jacking, with the technical skills to back it up.

What You’ll Do Edit High-Impact Reels/Videos: Turn raw footage into highly engaging, fast-paced, and cinematic short-form content.

• Trend-Jack: Keep up with daily social media trends, viral audio, and internet culture to apply them to our videos instantly.
• Add Creative Flair: Implement smooth transitions, dynamic text animations, sound design (SFX), and color grading to make videos pop.
• Optimize for Retention: Edit with a deep understanding of audience retention metrics (hooks, pacing, visual disruptions).

What We’re Looking ForThe Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (for advanced motion graphics/vfx), and DaVinci Resolve (for top-tier color grading).

• The Eye: A proven track record of creating high-retention, viral, or trending social media videos.
• The Speed: Ability to work efficiently and turn around content quickly while trends are still hot.
• Sound Design: Great ear for audio pacing, trendy music integration, and impactful sound effects.
