Job Description
- Inspect incoming raw materials as per quality standards.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of bright bars.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Go/No-Go Gauges
- Verify product specifications against drawings and customer requirements.
- Identify and report non-conforming products.
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams to ensure only approved material is dispatched.
- Ensure calibration status of measuring instruments before use.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Follow ISO/company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of inspection equipment.
