Bhavya Industries, a leading manufacturer of fasteners, is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Ludhiana, Punjab.

Job Details:

• Position:Quality Engineer

• Location:Village Gobindgarh, Ludhiana, Punjab – 141017 (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience Required:3–5 years
• Salary:₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
• Education:Diploma / Graduate (any stream)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, quality manuals, and records
• Ensure documentation is up to date, accurate, and audit-ready at all times
• Support internal and external audits by organizing and presenting required documentation
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Identify non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive action (CAPA) documentation
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure quality compliance across processes
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and quality checks
• Assist the Quality Manager in day-to-day quality operations and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma or Graduate degree (any stream)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance/quality control role, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001 / QMS documentation
• Proven experience preparing and maintaining SOPs and Work Instructions
• Good understanding of quality tools and inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills — both written (for documentation) and verbal (for cross-department coordination)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting
