Job Description
Audit attendance of on-roll and contractual employees and reconcile with payroll to identify discrepancies in working days, overtime, and deductions.
Verify salary sheets for accuracy of earnings, deductions, and net pay, ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll structure.
Compare eligible leave balances with leaves availed to identify excess usage, policy violations, or incorrect leave accounting.
Validate correctness of deductions and timely deposit of ESI/PF challans, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Audit full & final settlements at the time of employee exit to ensure accurate calculation of dues, recoveries, and timely processing of employee payments.
Verify overtime hours with attendance records and approvals, ensuring accurate calculation and compliance with company policy
Review travel and daily allowance claims against supporting documents and policy guidelines to detect excess or non-compliant expenses.
Willing to travel to client locations 2-3 days in a week
