Sales Executive – Premium Kitchen & Wardrobe Hardware
Location : New Delhi & Ludhiana
Department : Sales
Reports to : Sales Head
Job Type : Full-time
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of premium kitchen and wardrobe hardware products (such as Aluminium Profiles, Telescopic channels, Quadro, Tandems etc.). You will be responsible for New Business Development by establishing relationship with New clients in assigned territory. Work includes showcasing technical product benefits, Commercial Proposition along with nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities includes:
•
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•
Product Expertise: Provide expert advice on functional hardware solutions (hinges, drawer systems, sliding systems, lift-ups, wardrobe fittings, Aluminium Profiles) tailored to client needs.
•
Customer Engagement: Handle referral queries, online leads & Market visits to turn prospects into closed deals.
•
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
•
Proposal & Order Processing: Prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and process orders promptly.
•
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches from brands like Hettich/Hafele/Blum/ Ozone & other un-organised competition and monitor competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
•
Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience specifically in modular kitchen/wardrobe hardware fittings or premium furniture hardware.
•
Brand Knowledge: Hands-on experience selling products from brands like Hettich, Hafele, Blum, Quba, Ozone, ebco, Godrej, Asianpaints Sleek, Pans Becker, Roots Germany, blaupunkt.
•
Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand market requirement and sell fast moving products in all kind of markets.
•
Communication: Good verbal communication skills in is must
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent work experience).

Ability to read Client body Language & Strong negotiating skills.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
