Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for our Ludhiana Head Office. We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented professionals who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Generate and convert leads through strategic business development activities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas

• Achieve sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Maintain records using CRM tools and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience

• 3–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of finance-related services will be preferred

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools
