Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet buyer deadlines.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure optimum line efficiency.
- Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained as per buyer requirements.
- Control production costs, wastage, and improve productivity.
- Supervise and manage supervisors, line leaders, and workers.
- Handle machinery maintenance coordination and downtime control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and factory policies.
- Prepare production reports and submit to management regularly.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
