Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer relationship management and client coordination.
  • Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
  • Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and queries.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports in Excel/Google Sheets and maintain CRM data.
  • Analyze customer feedback and support in improving customer service.
  • Ensure timely response to calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.

Requirements:

  • Married candidate preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in CRM/customer handling will be preferred.
