Job Description

We are hiring a Tool & Machine Designer with proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD along with knowledge of sheet metal, press tool design, and machine design.

Responsibilities

  • Design sheet metal press tools, dies, fixtures, and machine assemblies
  • Prepare 2D & 3D drawings, strip layouts, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings
  • Develop BOMs and support tool/machine trials and modifications
  • Coordinate with production, tool room, and quality teams
  • Ensure practical, production-friendly, and cost-effective designs

Requirements

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Tool Engineering
  • Knowledge of sheet metal operations, press tools, and machine design
  • Understanding of manufacturing drawings, fits & tolerances
  • Good practical and problem-solving approach

Experience

  • 1–5 Years preferred
