Amazon Alpha Academy is a fast-growing Amazon FBA training platform helping students across Australia, USA, and Canada build profitable e-commerce businesses. We provide hands-on training, weekly live classes, and complete support to help our students succeed on Amazon.
*Role Overview*
We are hiring 3–5 Amazon FBA Support Specialists to join our Ludhiana office. You will work closely with our team and support students in launching and scaling their Amazon businesses globally.
*Key Responsibilities*
Product listing creation & optimization
Keyword research & competitor analysis
Seller Central setup & support
Product uploads & backend work
Basic PPC guidance
Handle student queries & community
*Requirements*
1–2 years Amazon FBA / Seller Central experience (Required)
Knowledge of listing optimization & tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
Good English communication
Office-based role (Ludhiana)
