E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to handle and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in product listings, advertising, and platform management, along with the ability to drive sales through strategic planning and coordination with platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (SEO, images, content, keywords)
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, ACOS/ROAS, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales
• Coordinate and work closely with Amazon and Flipkart account managers
• Handle inventory planning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends
• Ensure timely order processing, returns handling, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
• Strong knowledge of listing optimization and marketplace SEO
• Experience with paid advertising on e-commerce platforms
• Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external platform representatives
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
