Work Location: Hospitals
Work Tine- 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Week Off - Sunday
Job Description: We are looking for a Field Service Executive who will be responsible for client support, training, and product demonstration inside hospitals. This role involves working closely with hospital staff to ensure smooth usage of tablets and computer-based software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train hospital staff on product usage
• Conduct product demonstrations on tablets and computers
• Provide on-ground support and handholding to customers
• Resolve customer queries related to product functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Wi-Fi, hardware, Android devices, etc.
• Identify and report bugs to the software team and coordinate for resolution & ETA
• Analyze customer operational challenges and explain software features & benefits accordingly
• Ensure excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting support
Eligibility & Skills Required:
• Bike/Scooter is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of tablets, computers, Android & Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to work in the field and inside hospitals
