Job Description

1. Human Resources (HR) Management

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from drafting job descriptions to screening candidates and conducting orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, workplace compliance, and cultivating a positive company culture.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate annual or quarterly performance appraisal cycles and track employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Training & Development: Identify organizational training needs and maintain overall employee development records.


2.Office Administration

Facility Management: Oversee daily office operations, coordinate with vendors, and manage maintenance, security, and office utility needs.

  • Procurement: Manage office inventory, source office equipment, and handle purchasing agreements for administrative supplies.
  • Document Control: Establish and maintain secure, organized filing systems for confidential corporate and legal documents.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal corporate events, town halls, and client visits.
  • 3. Management Representative (MR) & ComplianceQMS Implementation: Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with required standards (such as ISO 9001).
  • Internal & External Audits: Plan and lead internal quality audits. Serve as the main liaison for external certification bodies during compliance audits.
  • Reporting to Top Management: Report directly to executive leadership on the performance of the management system and highlight areas needing improvement.
  • Corrective Actions: Monitor non-conformances across departments and ensure teams implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Promote Compliance Culture: Conduct internal awareness sessions to ensure all employees understand quality policies, procedures, and safety objectives.
