Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and panel members
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding formalities
