Job Description
*Job Title:* HR Executive
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, Interview handling and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
* Support payroll coordination and attendance management
* Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues
* Organize employee engagement activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
