Job Summary
Zaroori Retail is looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter who specializes in hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet the company’s growing workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Meet monthly hiring targets
Requirements & Skills
- Age between 18 – 30 years
- Prior experience or strong interest in recruitment/hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Freshers with strong hiring skills may also apply
