Job Description
We are looking for an HR Manager (HR Cum Admin) who will handle complete HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance, payroll, employee management, and overall office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring
- Ensure proper onboarding of employees
Employee Documentation and Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and files
- Collect and verify all employee documents
- Issue offer and appointment letters
Attendance and Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records
- Track absenteeism, late coming, and leave
- Manage leave applications and balances
Payroll Management
- Prepare monthly salary sheets
- Calculate salary based on attendance
- Handle deductions, advances, and reimbursements
- Coordinate salary processing
Employee Discipline and Compliance
- Ensure employees follow company policies
- Handle misconduct and disciplinary actions
- Issue warning letters and notices
Performance and Employee Management
- Monitor employee performance and behavior
- Coordinate with department heads
Administration and Office Management
- Manage office administration
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and facilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations
Compliance (if applicable)
- Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Maintain compliance records
Employee Coordination
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Resolve employee queries and concerns
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in HR preferred (not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Admin role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
Working Details:
- 6 days working
- Office-based role
Note:
Candidate should be capable of handling both HR and administrative responsibilities independently and maintaining discipline and proper systems within the organization.
