IT Executive

Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is a leading organization specializing in specialty chemicals in the area of textile processing aides, garment printing inks, personal care ingredients, industrial rubber products. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage our IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops.
• Administer Windows Server and user accounts.
• Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Provide ERP (Tally) support and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, User Accounts).
• Support CCTV and Biometric Attendance systems.
• Provide timely IT support to end users.
• Maintain IT assets, system backups, antivirus, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services when required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments, networking, and IT infrastructure.
