Job Description
Perform quality checks on incoming, in-process, and finished products
Inspect parts and materials using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities
Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards
Record inspection results and prepare quality reports
Support continuous improvement in quality processes
Maintain cleanliness and calibration of inspection equipment
Experience using Vernier, Micrometer & other measuring instruments
Strong understanding of industrial quality standards
Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) tools and techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems
