Job Description
Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical designs using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
Develop detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
Design mechanical components, assemblies, and sheet metal parts.
Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for design implementation.
Revise drawings based on engineering changes and customer feedback.
Support prototype development, testing, and product improvements.
Maintain design documentation and engineering records.
Resolve technical issues related to design and manufacturing.
