Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising, and quality teams for smooth execution of orders.
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure targets are met as per plan.
• Follow up on raw material availability, trims, and accessories to avoid production delays.
• Track order status, line-wise production, and work-in-progress (WIP).
• Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS, and daily status updates.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
• Communicate production issues, delays, or shortages to management proactively.
• Support implementation of production processes and continuous improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation related to production, approvals, and dispatches.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Production, Textile, Garment Manufacturing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production coordination (garments/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
