Job Description
We are looking to hire a Sales Executive for our company, Taaj Singh OPC Private Limited, operating in the space of web development, mobile applications, and AI-based solutions.
We are seeking support from your team for sourcing and screening suitable candidates.
- 📌 Position Details:Role: Sales Executive (IT Services)
- Location: Ludhiana
- Openings: 1–2
- Joining Timeline: Immediate / within 15 days
- 💼 Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and approach local businesses / SMEs
- Pitch our website, app, and AI-based solutions
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline)
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Coordinate with internal team for project delivery
- 👤 Candidate Profile:1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably IT / digital services)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi / Punjabi / English)
- Confident in client interaction and closing deals
- Basic understanding of websites/apps is a plus
- Own conveyance preferred for local travel
- Open to field visits and meeting clients
- Having own laptop is a plus
- 💰 Compensation Structure:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000
- Allowances: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 (travel/mobile)
- Incentives: Performance-based (5%–10% per deal)
- High-performing candidates can earn ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month based on performance.
