Team Leader
1. Team handling
• Promoters / staff ko manage karna
• Daily task assign karna
• Attendance aur discipline maintain karna
2. Sales responsibility
• Store ki sales badhana
• Daily / weekly targets achieve karna
• Slow-moving products ko push karna
3. Store coordination
• Store manager se regular baat
• Counter placement, visibility ensure karna
• Offers / schemes implement karwana
4. Stock management
• Stock check karna (availability, expiry)
• Out of stock na hone dena
• Damage / shrinkage control karna
5. Reporting
• Daily sales report bhejna
• Issues aur updates timely share karna
6. Training & support
• Promoters ko product knowledge dena
• Selling techniques sikhaana
7. Problem handling
• Store ya staff issues ko solve karna
• Customer complaints handle karna
8. Market feedback
• Competition kya kar raha hai batana
• Pricing, demand aur trend ka input dena
