Senior Psychologist

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Senior Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families. The Senior Psychologist will play a key role in developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, supervising junior staff when required, and contributing to the overall mental well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Psychological Assessment & DiagnosisConduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests and assessment tools.
• Diagnose emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health disorders.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports and treatment recommendations.

Therapy & Intervention

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and other psychological interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Patient & Family Support

• Educate parents, caregivers, and families regarding psychological conditions and treatment strategies.
• Provide guidance on behavioral management and emotional support techniques.
• Conduct psychoeducation sessions and workshops.
