Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our company’s online presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and growing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter

Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize performance

Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI

Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports

Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent branding

Handle customer queries and feedback professionally through social channels

Having good knowledge of AI

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience in managing social media accounts (1–3 years preferred)

Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
