• ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Furniture Sales Team, Crockery Sales Team, E-commerce Team, and Store Staff.
• Manage the complete showroom and store operations.
• Handle stock management, inventory control, inward & outward goods, and stock verification.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and daily reporting.
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchase, and logistics teams.
• Oversee IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Shopify, and website order operations.
• Review quotations, customer follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock losses.
• Implement operational systems, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Train, motivate, and monitor staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Resolve customer and operational issues efficiently.
• ✅ Candidate ProfileGraduate with 3–8 years of experience in Store Management, Retail Operations, or Team Management.
• Excellent leadership and team handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Stock Control, Excel, ERP, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented.
