Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive –

We are looking for a professional and confident Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive with strong English communication skills to handle customer inquiries for our uniform brand. The candidate will manage leads received through Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and other platforms, maintain customer data sheets, answer customer queries, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, and other online platforms.
• Prepare and maintain customer data sheets and inquiry records in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Communicate professionally with customers in proper English and Hindi.
• Explain product details including uniform designs, fabric, sizes, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales orders.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams for smooth order processing.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Required SkillsExcellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and social media handling.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and manage multiple conversations.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or social media handling is preferred.
