Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Telecaller cum Computer Operator to manage customer calls, online customer support, billing/data entry, and in-store customer handling. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to assist customers professionally.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
  • Manage online customer support through WhatsApp, email, or social media.
  • Perform billing, data entry, and maintain customer records in computer systems.
  • Assist walk-in customers at the store.
  • Coordinate with sales and delivery teams for customer orders.
  • Maintain daily reports and customer databases.
  • Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with customers regarding orders and services.
